Developed the BUSREQ solution in order to provide a firm foundation to all Transformation Programs by producing in depth Business Requirements which are based on experience across 20 Programs. Business Requirements of sufficient depth are critical to contract negotiations and Program success. BUSREQ is predicated on knowing the right questions to ask, of whom and Risk Assessing the results.
Experience in designing all forms of Finance function including Shared Services Captive and BPO, Global Business Services and in situ Finance Process Reengineering. All TOM design is based on an extensive understanding of the Current Operating Model (COM) which is based on our deep operational Finance Leadership experience.
Many Clients request a Review of their End to End Finance Processes, in particular Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) where most Efficiency and Compliance issues are faced. A Review of all 3 major Finance Processes takes on average 12 weeks for P2P, O2C and R2R.
