By producing in depth Business Requirements which are based on experience across 20 Programs. Business Requirements of sufficient depth are critical to contract negotiations and Program success. Followed by 10 years in Consulting at Deloitte and Logica within the Shared Services & Outsourcing Practices. He offers Interim Leadership support to your Finance Shared Services Centre and can also provide Feasibility, Design and Implementation support as required. Michael has led the Turnaround of several underperforming Finance Shared Service Centres.

Experience in designing all forms of Finance function including Shared Services Captive and BPO, Global Business Services and in situ Finance Process Reengineering. We provide leadership Training in Finance Transformation and Training for Non-Financial Managers who provide a core ingredient in the success of any Transformation Program.
