Case Study

Program Assurance Case Study: Finance Transformation Consulting was engaged by an FMCG business who are a European market leader in Food Manufacturing. The objective was to provide Program Assurance on the Feasibility Study Phase of a Finance Transformation Program to create a new Finance Target Operating Model (FTOM) with a Finance Shared Services Centre located in EMEA.

Scope was 10 European Countries, SAP S/4 Hana upgrade and approximately 550 Finance staff across EMEA. The FTOM was created by a Big 4 Firm and Finance Transformation Consulting reviewed the FTOM and successfully challenged the location decision for the Finance Shared Services Centre. In addition, whilst providing subject matter expert support to the Client Finance Leadership team, our ‘hands on’ Finance experience and Partner Network delivered other streamlining opportunities across Finance.
