What is Leadership? In Business, in Finance and in all walks of Life there are Leaders. We naturally recognise them, we follow them, and we try to emulate them but what makes a Leader? Is it possible to even make a Leader or are certain people just born to be Leaders?

There is no personality test to enter the world of Finance and the old stereotype of the boring numbers guy, set in his ways, is long gone.
