Finance Shared Services Turnaround Case Study: Finance Transformation Consulting was engaged by a UK Facilities Management Business to head its stalled Finance Transformation Program and Finance Shared Services Centre. This dual remit allowed Finance Transformation Consulting to deploy leadership, implementation and consulting skills on one engagement, whilst utilising the full extent of our Partner Network for support.

The Scope was 500 Finance FTE, UK based for the Finance Transformation Review and 200 FTE for the Finance Shared Services Centre which required day to day management and leadership.
